To ensure compliance with local regulations and guarantee a smooth participation in the International Food Festival, all food vendors must provide a copy of following documents:

Meals Tax Registration Form (Submit to Dept. of Revenue) for NEW Vendors

Health Department Permits (Mail to Prince William Health District)
All food vendors must provide following:
•Prince William County Temporary Food Establishment Permit ($40)
If you already hold a valid, non-expired VA Temporary Permit, you must still submit for a PWC Temp. Food Est. Permit for this event but the $40 fee will be waived.

You must still complete the PWC Temporary Food Establishment Permit, but the $40 fee will be waived.

Proof of Insurance or Signed Waiver
Vendors must provide proof of liability insurance coverage or sign our Waiver of Liability.
